Check-in and check-out times will be shared before arrival.
Please respect the scheduled check-out time so the team can prepare the villa for incoming guests.
2. Registered Guests Only
Only the number of guests confirmed on the reservation may stay overnight at the villa.
Any additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance.
3. Children
Children are welcome.
Please note the villa includes an unfenced pool and direct beach access, so children must be supervised at all times.
The children’s room with daybed is best suited for 1 child.
4. Pool and Jacuzzi Use
Use the pool and jacuzzi at your own risk.
Children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian.
No diving, running, rough play, or glass near the pool area
Please exercise extra caution around wet surfaces.
5. Beach and Outdoor Areas
Please rinse off sand before entering the villa or pool when possible.
Keep outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and villa items on the property unless otherwise permitted.
Please treat the beach access path, terraces, and outdoor areas with care.
6. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
If smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas, please dispose of cigarette waste properly and never on the grounds or beach.
Do not smoke near linens, cushions, or indoor-outdoor furniture.
7. Pets
Pets are allowed only on request and only with prior approval.
An extra security deposit may be required for approved pets.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, extra cleaning, or disturbance.
8. Events and Gatherings
Events are accepted only with prior approval.
Unauthorized parties, gatherings, receptions, or events are not allowed.
Event details, guest count, vendors, setup, and timing must be approved in advance.
9. Respect the Villa and Furnishings
Please treat the villa, furniture, artwork, appliances, and decor with care.
Do not move heavy furniture without permission.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
10. Quiet Enjoyment
Please be respectful of neighboring properties and the peaceful beachfront setting.
Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not allowed, especially in the evening hours.
11. Staff and Included Services

By booking this villa, guests acknowledge that housekeeping and service staff will access the property during the scheduled service hours.
Please secure valuables in the in-room safe when not in use.
13. Safety and Security
The property is gated and includes 24-hour security support.
Please lock doors when leaving the villa or going to bed.
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
Use the safes provided for passports, cash, jewelry, and valuables.
14. Outdoor Showers and Bathrooms
Please use outdoor showers responsibly and turn water off fully after use.
Do not leave towels, clothing, or personal items outside overnight unless intended.
15. Kitchen and Dining
Please use kitchen appliances and BBQ equipment carefully.
Clean up spills promptly and report any issue with appliances right away.
If using the BBQ grill, never leave it unattended while in use.
16. No Illegal Activity
No illegal substances, unlawful conduct, or prohibited behavior is allowed anywhere on the property.
17. Damage and Reporting
Please report any accidental damage, breakage, or maintenance issue as soon as possible so it can be addressed quickly.
Unreported damage may result in additional charges.
18. Luggage Drop-Off
Luggage drop-off may be available when arranged in advance and subject to staff availability.
19. Housekeeping and Cleanliness
Daily housekeeping is included, but guests are expected to keep the villa in reasonable condition during their stay.
Please place trash in the proper bins or follow staff guidance for waste disposal.
20. Use of Resort Amenities
Guests may enjoy complimentary access to nearby resort amenities, including the gym, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball court, snorkeling, kayaking equipment, baggage storage, and kids club.
Guests must follow the rules of those shared facilities as provided by the resort.
21. Liability
Guests use the villa, beach access, pool, jacuzzi, kayaks, and resort amenities at their own risk.
The property is not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of personal items due to guest negligence or misuse of the facilities.
