House Rules & Booking Policies
Welcome to Sable Villa. To ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for all our guests, please review our house rules and stay policies below.
1. Occupancy & Guests
Maximum Occupancy: 12 Guests total (Maximum 10 adults and 2 children).
Bedrooms: The villa features 5 bedrooms. Please note that one specific guest room is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 guests (ideal for children).
Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior written approval is provided by the On-site Concierge.
2. Payments & Deposits
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total stay is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our tiered refund policy is as follows:
120+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 120 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Less than 120 Days Notice: Refunds are only issued if the Villa is successfully re-rented to another guest for the entire duration of your original stay. In this case, a refund will be issued minus a 30% administrative fee.
Non-Refundable: If the villa cannot be re-rented for your cancelled dates, no refund will be issued.
Short Stay Penalty: Guests who choose to depart before their scheduled departure date will forfeit the full amount of the reservation.
No Shows: Subject to forfeiture of the full payment.
4. Professional Services & Etiquette
To provide you with a high-touch experience, the following staff are at your service:
Butler: 8 hours of dedicated service per day.
Housekeeping: Daily service (7 days a week, 8 hours per day).
Beach Attendant & Concierge: Available to assist with beach setups and island itineraries.
Security: 24-hour on-site security for your peace of mind.
Breakfast: Complimentary Continental Breakfast is included daily.
5. General Rules
Pets: Allowed only upon request. An additional security deposit will be required.
Events: We welcome celebrations! Please contact us directly for more information regarding event fees and logistics.
Resort Access: Guests enjoy complimentary access to the nearby resort facilities, including the gym, tennis/pickleball courts, and water sports equipment. Please return all equipment to the resort staff after use.
Safety: The infinity pool is unfenced. Parents are responsible for the safety of children at all times.
6. Check-in & Check-out
Luggage: Luggage drop-off is allowed for early arrivals or late departures.
Check-in: Our On-site Concierge will greet you upon arrival for a personalized orientation.
