House Rules — Coffee Hacienda Villa (Sazagua Pereira – Villa: Jacuzzi + Private Garden) Check-in / Check-out - Check-in: 3:00 PM - Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon) Occupancy & Guests - Maximum occupancy: 3 guests - Children age 3+ are charged as adults (count toward the total guest count). - Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. Mandatory Fees (Not Included) - Hotel insurance is mandatory: $7,000 COP (~$1.75 USD) per person, per night (paid at/through the property). Jacuzzi Use (Extra Charge) - Outdoor jacuzzi fee: $120,000 COP (~$30 USD) (applies when jacuzzi service is requested/used). - For safety and care of the equipment: follow the property’s guidance, keep the area clean, and avoid glassware around the jacuzzi. Extra Bed / Triple Occupancy - Triple occupancy is available in select room types. - If you need an extra bed (where available), the cost is $120,000 COP (~$30 USD) per night and must be requested in advance. Breakfast & Meals - Breakfast is included with your stay. - Special menu upgrades may be available: $51 (tax included) (optional). Outdoor Areas (Private Garden & Fire Pit) - Please respect the garden and surrounding landscape—no damage to plants or furnishings. - Use the fire pit responsibly and only as directed by property guidelines; never leave it unattended. General Care & Responsibility - Treat the villa and amenities with care. You may be charged for damages or missing items. - Keep doors locked when away and use the safe for valuables (property is not responsible for lost personal items). Hotel Boutique Setting - This villa is within Hotel Boutique Sazagua—please be respectful of other guests and staff, especially in shared areas.
