CHECK-IN & ARRIVAL

* Check-out: 11:00 AM
* Please share your expected arrival time in advance. Your Personal Concierge will meet you at the villa.
* Late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability, extra fee may apply)
OCCUPANCY
* Maximum occupancy: 20 guests (children included)
* Bedrooms: 8 bedrooms with king-size beds (Villa Virginia + Villa Fosca combined)
* Extra beds: 1 single bed can be added per master bedroom (by request, no extra cost)
* Children: Welcome – all ages
SECURITY DEPOSIT
* Deposit amount: $2,000 USD (included in cart at checkout)
* Refund: Within 15 days after check-out (provided no damages or violations)
CANCELLATION POLICY
* 31+ days before arrival: 100% refund
* 30 days or less before arrival: No refund
* Early departure / No-show: No refund
SMOKING POLICY
* Indoor smoking: Prohibited
* Outdoor smoking: Permitted on rooftop and patio areas only
* Violation fee: $250 USD cleaning fee if smoking occurs inside the villa
PARTIES & NOISE
* Parties: Prohibited
* Noise level: Moderate noise must be maintained at all times
* External visitors: Allowed only after notifying your Personal Concierge
PETS
* Not allowed
PROPERTY CARE
* Guests are responsible for proper use of facilities and inventory
* Guests are responsible for replacement cost of any lost, broken, or damaged items
* Lost keys: $50 USD penalty per set
* Lost beach bags / towels: $50 USD penalty per item

* Additional vehicles can be parked in visitor's area
